When will your parts ship?
Unless noted below, parts ship 3-5 business days after you place your order. We split shipments to get products to you as quickly as possible.
- Quick ship items go out the next business day.
- Cabinet hardware goes out in 2 business days.
- Table tops and complete tables unfinished, ship in 10 business days.
- Additional services, finishing, and hardware installation will add up to 5 business days.

Money-back guarantee for any item for 30 days. Exchange or refund—whichever you prefer. Excludes custom, custom-milled parts, parts with hardware installed, tables, table tops, or any item with finish applied by us or customer. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged after 30 days. We do not accept returns after 60 days. All goods must be returned to us in original condition. For all returns, or to request an exchange/replacement, you must call us at 1-800-748-3480. On exchanges, our policy is to charge you for the new item. However, once we receive your return in good condition, we'll credit you the purchase price of the original item. Items damaged as a result of poor handling or packing will not be credited.
