Lofty lightness. This 42-inch bar-height leg is the one you want when you are looking for lightness. It is turned from 2¾" stock and is scaled for smaller, but taller, kitchen island and cabinetry projects. The stretcher block on the lower leg works well for attaching shelving, foot rails and stretchers.
The shaft flutes are carved deep into the wood, add rich visual interest and a touch of formality to this design.
Unfinished, sanded with 180-grit paper. Choose your finish.
